A more serious problem is that the count is only calculated from a collection of straws, what about other types of plastic waste such as plastic bags, Styrofoam, plastic bottles, plastic packaged drinks, and many other types of plastic waste.

This is just my guess about the land dwellers. But what is certain is that the explosion did not only destroy the fish country. But also the other nation's garlands, the environment is unstable and looks like a very devastated area.
